Youthworkwales offers £500 bursary

Youthworkwales, the resource base for youth workers in Wales, is offering a £500 bursary for an individual in Wales to write a 1000-1500 word ‘think piece’ article.

The article must explore the contribution youth work can make to the Welsh Government policy agendas of Successful Futures (Donaldson Report) and the Wellbeing of Future Generations Act.

Proposals are invited in the first instance using the pro forma. This must include a 300-word proposal outlining the structure and content of the article. The pro forma should be returned by Tuesday 3 May 2016 by email to info@youthworkwales.org.uk

The proposals will be assessed by the editorial team of Youthworkwales. The successful applicant will be invited to draft the article.

Youthworkwales is funded through a partnership between the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and the YMCA Wales Community College.
